Part Time Position for weekend and weekday evening shifts. Are you an R.T.? Credentialed by ARRT? Love serving patients? Put your experience and education to work making a difference in the lives of others! Our Radiologic Technologists provide care to our patients, wherever they call home. X-ray Technologists are provided with all needed resources; including vehicle and gas card, x-ray equipment, PPE, scrubs, etc..

ROLE:

Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to our client base

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • #1 responsibility - Be ON the team! Each of our team members will work to make each other and our processes better every day.   • Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient, within designated service area

  • Load and unload equipment from company vehicle, using ramps, and transport to each patients' bedside

  • Perform quality x-rays and EKGs to transmit to radiologist/cardiologist for interpretation

  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule

  • Assist in other service areas, as needed

  • Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol

  • Other:

  • Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing

  • Attend and participate in meetings

  • Demonstrate regular attendance

  • Train other technologists, as needed

  • Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned

Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Basic ability to use mobile device and apps

  • Flexibility to adjust to changes and process improvements

  • Ability to work independently

  • Professional communication skills, both written and oral

  • Good driving skills

Requirements:

  • Maintain required State licenses/ARRT Certification

  • Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations, as required

  • Valid drivers license, in good standing

Works under the general supervision of the Center Manager and or the Lead Technologist and Shift Leader, performing a wide variety of polysomnographic studies in the SDC. Analyzes data, scores polysomnograms, and compiles data into a report for physician review. * High school graduate or equivalent required. At least one prior year of direct contact patient care preferred. EEG, LPN, EMT, Respiratory Therapist or previous sleep experience preferred. As required by the AASM standards enroll in the A STEP online self study program within two weeks of hire and complete the program within the given AASM deadline. BLS required. ACLS certification preferred. Prefer proficiency in the principles of polysomnography and electroencephalography.Excellent interpersonal a communication skills and understanding and sensitivity for patient comfort and confidentiality. Moderate computer literacy. Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to guest, visitors, and patients.
