Radiologic Technologist - Lead

This position performs all duties of a Radiologic Technologist, in addition to coordinating daily work flow, daily assignments, patient flow, and provides support to the operation of the department.
The Lead provides all quality assessment activities for the imaging site, in addition to the maintenance of accreditation of the site, under the direction of the Radiology Manager. Provides assistance in assessing Radiologic Technologists? performance for annual appraisals, as well as orienting new staff to the Imaging Center. The Lead may cover additional Radiology Manager responsibilities, as necessary, in the Managers absence, or should a vacancy occur.
Minimum Education Required
2-Year College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
A.R.R.T. Radiography registered with current ODH licensure.
Previous radiographer experience is required. Lead and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
