Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Radiologic Technologist IIIwho will function in a lead capacity and perform radiologic procedures employing the use of x-rays to produce images of various parts of the body for the diagnosis of pathological and traumatic disorders. They also plan, schedule, assign, and review the performances of Radiologic Technologist I and II staff.

Modified Benefit Option (MBO):This benefit option provides full-time employees in
eligible classifications the opportunity to earn a higher hourly rate of pay (above base pay).

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Shift Availability:ARMC is a twenty-four hour facility;applicants must indicate their shift availability in the Supplemental Questionnaire of the application.Shift differentials are provided.
Pre-Employment Process:Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical and verification of employment history and education.
Licensed/Certifications:Incumbents must posses and maintain all licenses required by their classification per the minimum requirements below and per regulations applicable to their classifications and specialty assignments. Must obtain a State Fluro license within 6 months of hire date.

Minimum Requirements
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATIONS & LICENSES
State of California, Department of Public Health as a Radiologic Technologist Certification
Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Health Association
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Desired Qualifications
One (1) year of experience as a Lead Radiologic Technologist or Supervising Technologist is highly desirable.
