Performs routine radiographic procedures utilizing all standards for quality and radiation protection. Also will perform specimen accessioning, specimen preparation, clerical, registration and phlebotomy duties associated with the laboratory when needed. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Services Standards.

Qualifications:

Other: Good oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Education: Two year AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology, AS or BS degree.

Preferred Licensure: ARRT certification.

Preferred Experience: Six months experience preferred.

INTEGRIS hosts a six month Nurse Residency Program for RN graduates and those with less than six months licensure as an RN. The Nurse Residency Program is a full time job opportunity with an expanded orientation designed to help the new RN graduate make a smooth transition from student to professional member of a health-care team. This program is designed to help our nurses more fully contribute to delivering patient focused care. Participants receive classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience under the mentor-ship of an experienced RN. The Nurse Residency Program is tailored to the skills and knowledge requirements of the specialty in which nurses are hired. Nurse Resident , Job Code 2323, Qualifications: This RN Staff position may be under filled with a recent RN Graduate as a Nurse Resident-JC 2323 at $15.00 per hour. Upon passing RN boards Nurse Resident will be moved into the RN staff position-JC 1391. The maximum time allowed to stay in this role is 6 months or until passing the NCLEX exam on either the 1st or 2nd attempt. The first attempt must be within 90 days after graduation.
