Objectives:
Understanding functional and operational duties:
Meet with staff to understand functions
Attend local industry meetings
Develop a new criterion for adjacent band frequency planning criteria for aviation VHF radios
Develop AFC Wiki page for terms and systems
Conduct a mathematical assessment to provide options for equating probability of interference into any additional margin to be used in deterministic interference studies.
Prepare physical archive material ready for document digitization.

Attend UN meeting (ICAO)

Hours and pay:
40 hours a week
$20 an hour
Experience/Skills requirements:
General, Electrical or RF Engineering, including radio design fundamentals
Mathematics, including statistics
Proficient at writing technical subjects into easy-to-understand reports
Minimum 2 years of college
