Alion's Radio Frequency and Electromagnetic Spectrum Engineering Operations (RESEO) offers a variety of work, from projects supporting international satellite coordination to countering IEDs to work with cutting-edge companies like SpaceX and Nvidia. We also know that while our work may be behind-the-scenes, it is increasingly important in a world that depends on well-coordinated, interference-free spectrum access.
RESEO has a uniquely "deep bench" with expertise in many aspects of spectrum and the wireless world, and work as a cohesive team under managers who care. At Alion work-life balance and flexible schedules are already in place.
Our Annapolis Junction business unit has a voluntary turnover rate of 7.1%, compared to an industry average of 12.1%. Companywide, over 82 percent of employees report that they are satisfied with their jobs, a significantly higher rate than average. Among the areas where we excel are: opportunity to use our skills, relationships with managers and co-workers, and work-life balance. Our more experienced engineers and SMEs serve as mentors to train the next generation of talent, but they also look for reciprocal input on emerging technologies and support the pursuit of new ideas.
