Racing and Sportsbook Customer Service Representative

Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a Racing Sportsbook Customer Service Representative to help our Race and Sportsbook team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. If you are a dynamic, dependable, and guest-focused individual, we would be lucky to have you join our team!

This position starts at $15.00/hr and receives time and a half pay for select holidays and high-volume business days. QUALIFICATIONS FOR RACING SPORTSBOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Prior cash handling experience is required.

• Minimum 1 year experience in pari-mutuel or Sportsbook preferred.

• Valid Ohio State Racing, Ohio Lottery Commission and Ohio Casino Control Commission License
