Prepare schedules for Sports Book personnel.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Ensure Sports Book area is clean and in proper working condition daily.
Approve over-the-limit wagers for the property.
Hire, train, and supervise Sports Book Staff.
Approve complimentary items for guests.
Create and enter player tracking cards.
Have knowledge of, and meet requirements for; currency transaction requirements, money laundering and Suspicious Activity Reporting for Casinos (SARC) requirements.
Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
At least 1 year of prior Race and Sports Supervisory experience.
Extensive knowledge of Race and Sports.
Have, or be able to obtain, Gaming Registration.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
