R1 Launch Program Details:

Our Launch Program will provide unique experiences that will allow you to explore, connect, and thrive in your career. Through program rotations, you will interact with various business leaders, collaborate on projects, and acquire an understanding of the complex facets of healthcare operations.

You will be exposed to the various business functions, cutting edge technologies, business processes, data analytics, and cross-functional operational platforms. As a member of the R1 Launch Program, you can also expect:


  • As an associate, you will be matched with a mentor for the entire program who will offer you training and career guidance.


  • Throughout the program, you will be provided opportunities for networking with program graduates, business leaders (including a Speaker Series) and R1 colleagues (including shadowing opportunities).

Coaching and feedback

  • You will receive ongoing coaching and feedback from the Launch Program Manager and Rotation Managers during each rotation.

Team building

  • As an associate, you will engage in team-building activities with your cohort, program graduates, business leaders, and R1 colleagues.

Program Start Date: August 2022

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement

  • Permanent US work authorization

  • Previous professional experience through internships, and/or on/off campus jobs

  • Analytical Skills - Proficient in Excel and able to understand data trends
