Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing assigned projects, or project tasks, to completion and within specified deadlines.

  • Responsible for analyzing and enhancing new or existing content and product features, including; testing, mapping, identifying potential strengths and weaknesses, and developing and implementing specific business rules required to support the integration, and/or ongoing maintenance of such content and feature sets.

  • Responsible for tracking project progress and for communicating to stakeholders information impacting the ability to meet project goals and/or deadlines.

  • Responsible for managing project documentation, including but not limited to functional requirements, project test plans and test result summaries, system bug reports, and project release documentation.

  • Responsible for conducting some level of quality assurance testing throughout project development and on final project deliverables.

  • Responsible for collecting, coordinating and documenting user and test group feedback, managing and maintaining system bug reports, and validating system bug fixes or enhancements.

  • Responsible for interacting cross-functionally throughout all levels of the organization including Content and Technology, Propositions, Support teams and possibly with third party partners/vendors and clients for project support and/or content query resolution.

  • Responsible for proactively solving problems to ensure milestones are met and projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Degree in a Business related major or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience

  • Knowledge of financial products and content a strong plus.

  • Experience with relational databases, cloud implementation, a strong plus.

  • Proven analytic and problem solving skills, innovation and initiative.

  • Driven - motivated proactive approach.

  • Strong Computer Skills. Fluent with basic office PC applications and software development cycle knowledge required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, discipline and attention to detail.

We work with national and regional clients across the entire real estate sector, including developers, investors, owners, operating companies, investment funds, real estate investment trusts, and non-profit organizations. Real Estate Banking: Real Estate Banking (REB) delivers commercial real estate and banking products to top-tier clients active in major markets across the U.S. Primary property types include multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties. REB clients are top-tier national and regional real estate developers, investors, Real Estate Operating Companies (REOCs) and opportunity and investment funds. REB has broad national capabilities and expertise in real estate credit, including: * Commercial and multifamily construction * Acquisitions * Structured revolving facilities * Term mortgage lending * Subscription facilities The business also often assembles and manages large multi-bank syndications to finance institutional quality real estate investments for clients at both the asset and entity level. National Fund Manager and Subscription Lending Platform: This platform is focused on developing JPM's subscription lending business and full-scale banking relationships with real estate fund manager clients, through a consultative approach to the fund management industry. We cover these clients on a national basis for both REB and CCBSI-RE. Our clients are top-tier real estate asset management firms who are forming both open and closed-end funds to invest in real estate assets. They are raising equity for these investments from institutional investors, such as public or corporate pension plans, endowments and foundations. Our subscription lines then advance against these equity commitments. This is the first key piece of debt capital for these funds, which establishes a foothold to develop a full-scale banking relationship for JPM, including treasury services, asset financings, and entity- level lines of credit. In this platform, we act as subject matter experts in the fund management industry, using our knowledge to assist Client Executives across the nation to prospect for top- tier fund sponsors that are in need of a subscription line and banking partnership. The position will be responsible for overseeing and driving the new subscription line origination process for commercial real estate clients in the Northeast Region of Real Estate Banking. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, subscription lending, banking rules and regulations, and have had prior experience of transacting and administering real estate loans. Candidates must be experienced, independent, and qualified credit professionals with the ability to manage a number of dynamic credit situations, as well as act as a leader to efficiently utilize team resources and provide accurate, timely results.
