Apply now for the position of Quote to Booking ("QTB") Specialist, and you will join the Western Zone QTB team based in Malvern, PA, supporting our internal and external customers in the preparation, review, approval and booking of proposals and contracts for Siemens Healthineers' world class products and services.

This is a hybrid position in our Malvern, PA office and not eligible for relocation assistance.

Your Role:

  • Perform all activities associated with the creation, review, analysis, editing, escalation, and approval of Equipment and Service quotes. Includes ensuring compliance with all pricing guidelines, GPO/IDN contract terms and value adds as applicable, profitability analysis as applicable, government coding as applicable, exception management, compliance to the escalation and Limits of Authority policies, and accuracy of MEA accounting guidelines.

  • Perform all activities associated with the validation of new orders and contracts including review of required booking materials and receipt of required approvals and signatures.

  • Manage complex quoting and booking scenarios to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and optimization of deal structure to meet business and customer needs. Professionally interact with Sales and internal business teams to ensure timely turnaround and seamless handoffs.

  • Document activities, decisions, and approvals within the CRM and ERP IT systems. As needed, identify, and address any operational or transmission concerns with the IT systems, resolving most issues independently and consulting with lead specialists for the more challenging issues.

  • Actively participate in process improvement and other project initiatives as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all finance, accounting, and quality policies and guidelines.

Your Expertise:

  • Financial Acumen including working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and regulations, particularly revenue recognition guidelines (MEA, IFRS).

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work with limited direct supervision. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively.

  • Knowledge of entire quote to cash business processes.

  • Knowledge of Siemens Healthineers' equipment and service offerings for the Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Technologies business areas.

  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP IT systems: how they impact the quote to booking process, how to adapt processes to implement new business models, and how to troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

  • Bachelors in finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, and/or 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow, and to perform under sensitive deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with people, maintain rapport with internal and external customers, and coach and mentor fellow employees.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, to collaborate/consult with peers and others outside of functional area, to resolve complex issues and improve existing business processes.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to prepare and deliver presentations to management on applicable topics.

  • Proficient with MS Office suite, Teams, and new digitalization tools.
