Quote Accelerator Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Quote Accelerator(QA) Coordinator acts as a liaison between Sales & Product Management to

coordinate larger RFQ's that are processed on a daily basis. This individual should be well organized andable to multi-task as they own the large quote process at ICC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned.

• The QA coordinator acts as a liaison between Sales & Product Managers to work large quote

requests.

• Prepares large RFQ requests in excel format and uploads those files into our QA system.

• Responsible for Maintaining a daily log to track open, pending, and closed QA's.

• Communicates real time status on QA's to Product Managers and Sales on a daily basis.

• Works with Product Managers (PM) & Product Marketing Assistants (PMA) to load vendor quotes

and contracts into our CRM tool.

• Updates supplier pricing and lead-time as necessary.

• Run, sort and filter expired Ship-and-Debit (S&D) reports to assist in the renewal of supplier

contracts.

• As a member of the product management team, the QA Coordinator will be responsible for being

able to identify valid manufacturer part numbers as well as understanding the qualified vendors of

mil-spec parts.

• Will cross train with PM's and PMA's to understand their supplier's policies and procedures.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Product Marketing Manager (PMM).
