THE JOB:

As a Primrose Cart Attendant, your role is to create unforgettable guest experiences at our quick-service carts. By getting to know each guest's story and preferences, you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Your dedication will ensure that every guest leaves with cherished memories from their time with us.

STARTING RATE: $14.367 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and listening to their stories as transactions are completed within the POS registers, while also ensuring store stock and cleanliness.

• Take and place order and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable.

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures.

• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables, and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests.

• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.

• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

• Preform other job-duties as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• One (1) year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant.

• One (1) year of cash handling experience.

• One (1) year of customer service experience.
