Quick Lane Advisor

Job Summary:

The Quick Lane Advisor at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln is a crucial role for our company as it serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers. As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling automotive services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that offers a base salary plus commission in the thriving auto industry. The job is located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota and is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Listen to customers' concerns and determine their automotive service needs

• Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for services and repairs

• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service schedule

• Communicate with customers throughout the service process and keep them updated on any changes or delays

• Promote and sell automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and services

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction

• Handle customer complaints and work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient and timely service for customers

• Keep a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products and services

• Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Valid driver's license

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
