We are currently searching for a Queue Coordinator to join our IT team at our Corporate Office.
The person in this role will be tasked with troubleshooting and assisting patients with any issues related to our patient portal, processing inbound electronic referrals, and monitoring the outbound failed faxes queue. Duties will include answering patient email and phone calls, serving as a resource for basic issue resolution, troubleshooting and guidance and communicating with clinic staff as needed.
While we are looking for individuals who are technology savvy, THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL ROLE. More importantly, candidates need to be educators, problem solvers and excellent communicators. Successful candidates will be customer service oriented, be excellent relationship builders, and have a positive demeanor.
