  • Analyzes requirements for Meaningful Use (MU), Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA). Liaison between the American College of Radiology (ACR) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for each phase of MACRA to ensure, at minimum, a neutral monetary impact to the organization. Reviews potential measures to attain the maximum performance scores. Scrubs data to ensure each measure is accurately reflected by our third party billing vendor, recommends remediation solutions and suggests alternative measures to improve outcomes. Works with the physicians to improve outcomes of quality data to improve performance scores including benchmarking and individual scorecards. Codes measures with compliance codes based of CMS mandates and submit information to the registry. Implementation of the same process occurs with Advancing Care, Improvement activities and cost sections of MACRA.

  • Aggregates data that is obtained or requested by the departments, registries, payors or regulatory bodies to improve quality and safety outcomes. Coordinates tracks and monitors all ACR registry reporting mechanisms. This includes monitoring multiple software platforms, data interfaces and correcting data submission failures.

  • Organizes the research program administrative requirements for Jefferson Radiology to participate in research programs, study sites or quality improvement studies. Reviews research requests to ensure compliance with the institutional review board requirements. Maintains the documentation for the participation or oversight to conduct a research study, as well as, the process of study classification, scheduling, revenue services and data work product.

  • Patient Safety Organization management by aggregating patient safety work product to maintain the privilege and confidentiality of quality improvement activities. Coordinates in Committee meetings by preparing agendas/minutes, and provides follow-up on open items. Collaborates with the Committee Chair and team members, as needed.

  • Establishes, develops, maintains and updates library of monitoring and auditing initiatives including open/closed tasks. Prepares Quality, Safety, and Compliance/Privacy monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Creates and maintains scorecards to include individual and company-wide performance outcomes with OPPE, peer review, MACRA and other metrics as assigned.

  • Creates and maintains dash-boarding software to coordinate, track and monitor Quality, Safety and Compliance/Privacy outcomes. Ensures data integrity and accurate reporting. Trouble shoots software issues and ascertains potential data discrepancies. Establishes and maintains comprehensive tracking mechanism for data collection and quality improvement (QI) documentation. Ability to utilize performance improvement techniques using ideology such as Six Sigma or Lean to identify and quantify improvement opportunities, areas of potential concern/risk or erroneous data. Organize the process improvement efforts while measuring outcomes.

  • Manages the policies/procedures and forms database to assure download, tracking and archival. Reports to appropriate owners outstanding items to assure consistent compliance. Provides assistance with Joint Commission chapter documentation requirements, compilation and compliance.

  • Participates as a member of the MEDNAX/Jefferson Radiology Team and consistently demonstrated the values.

  • Ensures a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Consistently demonstrates flexibility and good judgment. Consults with co-workers and supervisor as necessary.

  • Adheres to all MEDNAX policies and procedures, including Compliance, HIPAA, OSHA, licensing and accreditation guidelines. Reviews policy and procedure manuals on an annual basis.

  • Performs any other duties as assigned.


Bachelor's degree in Healthcare required. Minimum of five years clinical healthcare experience required. Minimum two years quality improvement/data analysis experience required. Prior MACRA experience required. Strong knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean ideology with certification preferred. Must demonstrate strong organizational and project coordination skills in order to handle multiple, time sensitive demands with exceptional attention to detail. Must demonstrate proficient computer skills, software language to write sequencing of data exports and superior knowledge of a variety of software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and internet navigation. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information with poise and tact. Must demonstrate commitment to confidentiality. Must convey a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

F135 Data Management Analyst As part of the F135 Sustainment Organization executing Performance Based Logistics Contracts, The Fleet Data Management Team is responsible for ensuring F-35 fleet supportability of the propulsion system with around the clock support and Integration with all disciplines of the F135 value stream. Some of your responsibilities will include: * Support the F135 sustainment program through daily management of the maintenance and tracking program of record; Maintenix * Support all F135 operational and depot sites with timely and accurate event data management within the Maintenix system * Support current Fleet Management Campaigns with internal and external customers to ensure TCTD completion and tracking is up to date within compliance requirements * Support proposed engineering changes for customer support engineering and Fleet Readiness teams with reporting of tracked hardware, modules and engines * Support Fleet Asset Management functions to ensure total asset visibility within Maintenix in relation to asset location, remaining life, and serviceability status * Work closely with Maintenance Management team to ensure event data entry of depot repairs and tracked hardware is completed within required guidelines * Support the critical CSIPT (Customer Support Integrated Product Team) forum for communication of fleet issues with internal and external customers * Coordinate process execution with several functional departments across the value stream including customer service engineering, global service engineering, support equipment operations, operational bases, material management, and engine management * Gather requirements and suggestions for tool and process improvements * Lead and participate in weekly F135 Sustainment meetings * Create and update training materials as processes and tools evolve Do you have the experience to join our team?
