Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience in inventory management (e.g., controlling shrink, resolving inventory discrepancies, analyzing data, auditing)
1 year experience managing budgets, managing P&L, developing manpower forecasts, and analyzing financial/operational data
1 year experience working with Walmart Logistics applications (e.g. Global Logistics Systems (GLS), Trailer Manifest System (TMS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), IBM CICS (Host)
2 years experience as a Walmart Logistics manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates
Both Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management); and 3 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees across multiple departments / areas
