Pay: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Quality Control as a mechanical inspector. Previous technical writing and Chance Order process experience are also desired, as is programming experience with Vision Systems (iNexiv, Oasis, and Seebrez is a plus).

Job Duties: The Quality Technician will create and update programs for automated inspection systems such as the Nikon iNexiv, Mahr Federal Profilometer, and Hexagon Vision/CMM.

The technician will also assist in developing Verification of Measurements Programs (VMP) documentation and perform Gage R & R's. Additionally, the technician will calibrate high-use gauges and have experience with various types of measuring equipment, such as micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems, and CNC.
