Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of our products using advanced measurement and inspection techniques and assisting with advanced data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure for the SPC of metrology equipment and verifying and approving whether it falls within the normal range

  • Perform MSA measurements frequently to ensure all the metrology system is in control

  • Conduct advanced measurements and inspections to ensure the accuracy and precision of our products

  • Utilize specialized metrology techniques to identify and resolve quality issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures

  • Assist with analyzing and interpreting measurement data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement

  • Train and educate team members on metrology techniques and quality control processes

  • Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for corrective actions

  • Communicate with management on quality control issues and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Assist with collecting and performing statistical analysis on metrology data to correlate to performance metrics

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

L-Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years related experience, including but not limited to:

a. Industry relevant employment

b. Research Assistance experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven problem-solving skills in a teamwork setting, with a strong desire for continuous learning and development of enhanced manufacturing systems knowledge

  • MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Must possess the following "soft skills": Acts with Integrity, Attention to Detail, Clear Communicator, Drives for Solutions, Prioritization, Problem Solver/Decision Maker, Self-Motivated, Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
