Job Responsibilities:

• Inspects all BWI shop product for quality & accuracy. Scan all units complete in GUI system & place carts in staging area. Generate numbers for the daily QC log.

• Review damage information in daily manager & problem-solving meetings.

• Log all information regarding damage throughout the day. Monitor damage on carts, repair area, etc. to be put into various reports.

• Gather all damage information via DMSI to generate & email the daily damage report to the managers within the facility.

• Gather all damage information to populate the QC damage report in the accountability file.

• Update the damage numbers on the dry erase boards located in the mill & warehouse.

• Handle any quality issues sent in via email from the outside sales team to determine cause & solutions.

• Follow up on quality issues obtained from the field service inspection reports & relay via BWI serviceman

• Spend time in different areas throughout the building observing & working on damage/quality issues. Address any issues in real time.

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 2 to 3 years manufacturing experience

• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Measurement skills including calipers and tape measure

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
