SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing client in Grand Rapids, MI.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the production department and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This role will implement continuous improvement and ensure all projects are successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a quality plan in line with the companys quality system and policies.
Interact with various teams to ensure product supply is up to par.
Maintain quality functions, quality inspection, quality assurance functions
Responsible for knowing how to set up and troubleshoot the various pieces of code dating equipment within the facility.
Monitor and support all quality activities.
Ensure all test polices are understood and carried out.
Communicate effectively with customers, auditors, and clients when needed.
Responsible for knowing how to set up and troubleshoot the various pieces of code dating equipment within the facility.
Analyze charts within set parameters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma required.
A minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
At least 2 years of experience in quality management required.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication highly preferred.
Experience working with quality system audits strongly preferred.

Responsibilities Hearthside is seeking Quality Technicians (in location). Quality Technicians ensure all elements of food safety are met, sharing discrepancies with the Quality Manager. The Quality Technician ensures that all regulatory, customer, and company quality initiatives are being met and maintained. This role requires a high level of overall fitness and stamina.
