SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW - Quality Team Lead
Monitor the materials going in and coming out of the QC hold area and inventory of the QC cage. Monitoring of the Auditor's performance. Daily communication with FCS Customer. Weekly, Daily and Monthly reporting to FCS
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES - Quality Team Lead
Responsible for the 1st Time Receipt Process.
Send all 1st Time Receipt reports to FCS Team (Quality, Planners, Etc.)
Responsible for Weekly FCS Defect Reports
Notifies FCS of any shortages or Damages for all inbound material.
Creates Master Picture File for each new Logo Part number (Work Instruction)
Create Master label files in Label Matrix for all Work Orders
Ensures Logo Picture Files are monitored frequently and compliant to Customer requirements.
Assists in internal corrective actions and problems solving issues.
Monitoring of product in and out of the QC hold cage.
Monitors the workloads and QC Auditors hours in each work area.
Communicates with the Production Floor Supervisor and Area Leaders with any Quality related issues.
Ensures all Rejected material is placed in QC Hold Area
Ensures continuous improvement in the Quality department.
Ensures employees are following the correct process and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Director
SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS - Quality Team Lead
Meets all requirements for the QA Inspector Position
Computer literate (SAP, MMP, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint,)
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task
