Furey Filter & Pump is looking for a Quality System Coordinator to join our team in Germantown, WI. As a Quality System Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing quality standards, documents, and procedures are maintained for shop fabricated systems, and for maintaining branch level Quality and Safety Programs.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all quality related issues.

• Oversee all project Job Travelers/Routers, regularly audit Job Travelers to ensure that all QA checkpoints are met.

• Verify that all quality reviews are properly identified and scheduled.

• Assist Shop Manager to keep all weld procedures current, maintain Weld Procedure Matrix and Welder Continuity Log

• Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually quality system reports; Coordinate and assist with internal auditing.

• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline procedures and reduce costs.

• Act as local site Safety Champion.

• Work with corporate safety team to implement corporate safety policies and procedures.

• Coordinate safety audits, maintain safety files and records, and review and maintain MSDS book.

• Other duties may be assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Safety or other related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience with technical deliverables and document management.

• 1+ year experience within a manufacturing or design company preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word & Excel.

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
