YOUR ROLE

• Supervise day to day activity for approximately 12 direct reports.

• Performs the project management function for the group including resource planning, objective setting, communication of issues and reporting project progress to the Quality Manager.

• Serves as the Quality liaison with internal customers for projects in all stages of development.

• Management of rejects and blocked stock dispositions.

• Relays lab results to appropriate personnel.

• Maintains Training requirements and records for all Technicians.

• Responsible for ensuring Measurement System Analysis' (MSA) are completed on the lab equipment.

• Responsible for all calibration/verification for the site.

• Must understand and follow all initiatives and processes for OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 regulations, procedures and processes as they pertain to job responsibilities.

YOUR SKILLS

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience including college lab coursework.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment in a quality or related function required.

• Automotive industry experience preferred.

• Experience in SAP.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.

• Able to work in high stress, fast paced setting.

• Ability to perform multiple tasks and the ability to effectively manage time.

• Attention to detail skills to improve workplace productivity, efficiency, and performance.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
