Quality Supervisor (Direct Hire)

This Quality Supervisor would be the right-hand person to the Chief Quality Officer in developing/maintaining ongoing quality systems and processes to ensure high-quality product output and customer satisfaction. Pay: $55,000 - $75,000, depending on experience

As their Quality Supervisor, you would accountable for the following functions:

• Develop/maintain/audit all food safety related quality procedures to ensure technicians are maintaining all processes in accordance with FDA, GMP and OSHA regulations
• Audit product quality on all processing lines to ensure compliance and customer requirements are being satisfied
• Support line sanitation, HACCP line safety audits and housekeeping audits as directed or needed
• In collaboration with the CQO, review processing/production schedules and quality requirements to determine staffing needs, work procedures and duty assignments
• Work with production leaders and technicians to communicate requirements and any deviations to ensure any rework or allergen issues are reported, documented and resolved
• Support the completion of product release processes as needed/directed by CQO
• Work with all leadership and production staff to continually improve and maintain quality of new and existing product
• Review all data pertaining to quality assurance activities including production quality, maintenance and operation reports to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures and to detect any production/quality issues
• Works closely with CQO on quality training and performance management for production employees
• Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

We're looking for skilled Quality leaders with the following background profile:

• HS Diploma/GED is required. Higher education in a relevant discipline is always valued!
• PCQI certification would be a home run for this position!
• SQF and GMP experience is required
• At least 3-5 years of quality experience in a food manufacturing setting; to include at least 1-2 years of training/leadership experience
