Description:

• Assist with maintaining and updating quality management system (QMS)

• Support chemists to make sure following iso 9001 standards

• Run investigations and handle CAPAs

• Develop, implement, and maintain an ISO 9001

• Develop and perform relevant training in support of the Quality Management System

• Lead and manage the customer complaints process including investigation and resolution

• Work on continuous improvement efforts with chemists

Quality assurance, capa, investigation, iso 9001, chemistry, Batch record, audit, Quality control, Batch record review, iso standards

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BS in a science concentration- chemistry would be best, but open

• 5 years in quality role specifically following iso 9001 standards

• Experience handling CAPAs and Audits
