Quality Specialist

Immediate Opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist in Beavercreek, Ohio area.

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Quality Manager, which requires a wide range of skills & knowledge of organizational and quality polices & procedures. Who We Are11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that is passionate about recruiting, customer service, and our community. Responsibilities:

• Assists with quality assurance operations for the company.
• Proficient in the operation of Excel & Word.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints.
• Ability to interpret technical data.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong dexterity.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Two-year degree or equivalent.
• Ongoing training for the required QA certifications.
• Longevity in each role.
• Must have attention to detail.
• ISO9001 and AS9100 Awareness.
• Experienced in blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of measurement and test equipment.
• Computer literacy a must.
• Adept in Microsoft Office.
• Must obtain exceptional phone etiquette skills.
• Military background is a plus.

Schedule: Flexible work schedule on 1st shift
