Responsible for quality control of merchandise from raw donations to production staging area/warehousing. Responsible for maintaining the optimal flow of product through efficient and orderly handling.

Perform work in a safe manner observing all Goodwill safety policies and procedures.
Perform duties and interact with all Goodwill team members, clients, and customers in a professional manner. Respect the diversity of others including, but not limited to, those with cultural, ethnic, and gender differences, individuals experiencing homelessness, and persons with visible or non-visible disabilities.
Efficiently handles incoming raw donations
Maintains quality control through selective grading
Accurately departmentalizes graded merchandise
Categorize off season and overstock merchandise and inventory.
Make proper use of available space and materials.
Reports to: Ecommerce/Transportation Manager
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
Some High School
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have eye for detail and merchandise quality.
Ability to make accurate decisions
Ability to work and think independently
Good organizational skills
Must read, write and count accurately.
Must know how to use or be able to learn to use proficiently warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, stacker and compactor.
Standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, hearing, seeing, twisting, turning and repetitive movement.
Ability to do medium lifting 20-30 pounds and occasional heavy lifting.
Ability to exert 150-300 pounds of force.
Able to work in a warehouse environment with a steady pace, that has occasional high stress and short deadlines that possibly require overtime.
