The Quality Review Analyst reviews and validates theaccuracy of all data collected by the Network Operations team via the Company's"OnSite" form and associated deliverables, while collaborating on the best pathforward to resolve discrepancies. Theincumbent will adhere to department protocols and procedures to ensure consistentand repeatable processes, methodologies and tool sets are utilized to improveand maintain data quality with a focus on assuring asset integrity. The Quality Analyst's responsibilitiesinclude reviewing, analyzing, auditing and validating the Customer EquipmentDatabase, along with producing various deliverables that are shared withinternal and external customers.
Analyze and audit asset information to ensure the existenceof required documents pertaining to each asset; notify the Engineering departmentof any missing documents.
Establish and maintain strong internal and externalrelationships and establish cross-functional collaboration with designatedterritory in the Network Operations and Engineering departments
Identify the need for updated site data information and/orsite photos and communicate the need and/or training opportunity to the NetworkOperations team via the field team's dispatching system.
Assess the quality of deliverables provided by NetworkOperations, including customer equipment and onsite data, drawings, and photos;work with Field Operations Technicians to revise and validate all deliverablesfor preciseness.
Validate data in the customer equipment database to ensureaccuracy and completeness while adhering to the Company's establishedtolerances; communicate discrepancies or changes to the data for futurereference, acknowledging trends and identifying possible learning or trainingopportunities.
Attending bi-weekly or monthly calls with assignedterritories within Network Operations to review analysis results of TowerQuality Audit data reports compiled by the Senior Quality Review Analysts andfield any questions presented by the Territory Supervisor or Field OperationsTechnicians.
Identify discrepancies between written leases and installedequipment and work with the Account Project Manager ("APM") and Asset IntegrityTeam to recognize possible run-rate increases and back billing or improvedcapacity.
Determine whether regulatory issues exist and work with theAPM and Compliance teams on resolutions.
Create maximum existing equipment load lists by populatingall required information in the customer equipment database after thoroughlyreviewing existing contracts to determine allowed equipment; generate maximumexisting load lists for the Engineering department to utilize in structural analyses.
Enhance the customer experience by consistently deliveringaccurate, reliable and timely project data and excellent customer service.
Establish and maintain strong internal relationships andcross-functional collaboration with numerous departments, most notably
Engineering and Network Operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Telecommunications industry experience preferred
Project management experience, with focus on data integrityand process improvement, preferred
Experience interpreting legal documents, including realestate leases and contracts preferred
Approximately 100% performed in climate-controlled internaloffice environment working under normal office conditions. No travel is required in support of theposition's responsibilities.
