About the Role:

Cyient is looking to add a Quality Returns Process Associate to our Aftermarket team in East Hartford, CT. This customer-facing role will work with our aerospace customer to conduct the Quality Notification and Return Material Authorizations.
Utilize engine configuration knowledge to develop Quality Notification (QN) and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) process
Adaptively update standard work processes and work with customer to ensure process is efficient & robust.
Using MS Office programs and SAP, group all Operational Commercial Engines (OCE) discrepancies and issue QNs and RMas.
Group to action data plate processes for V2500 customers
Associates Degree or higher
1 year+ experience with SAP
Experience or knowledge in aerospace industry or with engines is a plus
Familiarity with P&W processes is a plus

Microsoft Excel, SAP, Teamcenter
