Scope:

  • Functions as 1DMNC/ SSR IATF regional expert resource for quality business management systems (BMS) and Customer specific requirements

  • Lead compliance officer, trainer of BMS governance, compliance, improvement, change

  • Lead trainer, promoter of skill development for internal auditors

  • Leads cross functional projects for Quality Management Systems, 3rd party audits

  • Tracks all Quality KPIs and ensure monthly reports are complete

Critical Competencies/Skills/Abilities required to perform this job:

  • Ability to teach Quality Management System and related Industry Standards

  • Ability to judge sufficiency of responses to Corrective Actions and use PDCA to ensure Root cause/ CM for all areas of the Company and to coach other to do the same

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to independently evaluate and develop innovative solutions to complex situations

  • Ability to interface with and influence the actions of Functional Groups and Executives to meet DENSO's request

  • Ability to develop concise stories for reporting of complex issues to DENSO management for both verbal and written reporting

  • Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural, cross-lingual environment

  • Advanced understanding and demonstrated competency in working with computer software and mainframe applications to manipulate, analyze, and reconcile data

  • Ability to leading cross functional/transient project teams within and across BU/function(s). (Such leadership is beyond the expectation of P3)

  • Provides full ownership (Responsible & Accountable) for commitment(s) and delivery of project and related results.

  • With limited supervision, leads high impact projects, also clarifies priorities, next steps, simplifies communication and removes roadblocks. Includes feasibility and budgeting justifications/ approvals.

  • Ability to lead key activity related to Annual & Mid-term planning

Salary Range: $76,100-$95,300 USD Annually
