Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
4 years of Hedis background experience
3 years of Project Management experience
5 years of experience in business analysis
4 years of experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting
3 years of Medical Record Review experience including but not limited to Chase Logic, managing a Medical Record Review project, and understanding the milestones to a Medical Record Review project
Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes required Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
