Job Summary: Reporting to the General Manager or designated manager, assure the quality of the detail process "First Time Right", communicate the quality of the process, and production goals. Be the first point of contact per lane and also lead the line.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Accountable for meeting lane quality and production goals, along with logging, reporting, and recording final inspection results per the guidelines.
2.Perform inspections of the lane process, quality standards, and the final inspection of vehicles before release. Remove the visual management sticker upon approval.
3.Communicate hourly production on the Visual Management Board.
4.Assist in overall general shop duties such as cleaning, driving, organizing the parking lot, etc.
5.Provide prompt and courteous service to all persons with whom they come in contact. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment at all times consistent with company policy.
6.Advise the Detail Shop Supervisor or Manager of all breakdowns and maintenance requirements immediately.
7.Make sure work area conditions do not pose a threat to employee or customer safety by keeping area clean and free of clutter. Area must be swept and junk part containers disposed of properly. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to property. Report all incidents to the Detail Shop Supervisor or Manager immediately.

Educational Requirements and

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Previous automotive detailing experience preferred. Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and posses a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

The physical activity requirements of the position are Light to Medium Physical Work.

Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable to definitions for Clerical, Administrative, Machine Operators (including inspection) positions. (Refer to Policy HR-200 for definitions)

Frequent walking, talking, pushing, pulling, grasping

Physical Working Condition:

This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, body shop, painting and cleaning chemicals; and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with body shop and paint operations

Job Description Summary Sets up, adjusts, and monitors dough depositor and related systems. Assists and directs associates working on the depositing line. Controls the speed of the ovens to produce consistent color, crust, and moisture content in all bake products. Places trays onto racks as they exit the ovens. Contributes to the day to day expectations of production, including high quality, output rates and maintaining a safe work environment. Constant interaction with other line associates, operators and team leaders. * Checks production schedule for current product and select appropriate equipment. * Sets up and inspects via pre-op requirements. * Monitors depositor, ovens and related equipment, according to product specifications, sanitary and safety guidelines. * Coordinates and performs sanitary changeovers according to production schedule. * Informs Team Leader of excessive waste produced during the depositing, and baking process. * Measures, weighs and monitors dough disks against specifications along with any garnish added to the top. * Loads auto pan feeder. * Informs maintenance of any needed repairs. * Communicates with Team Leader, operators and maintenance regarding product quality and equipment operation. * Communicates with Oven operator, gathering finished product information. * Works on line and assists mixer as time permits. * Follows company policies regarding attendance, quality, and safety. * Tears down equipment at the end of the manufacturing day and wash their own blocks, even during change-overs. * Tracks lot codes of food contact materials, such as parchment and brownie trays. * Log pallet movement on production freezer sheets correctly and validate against warehouse freezer sheets as job is completed. * Must follow all allergen guidelines, i.e. containers, aprons and utensils. * Must follow GMP requirements. * Communicate with following shift any information critical to production. Oven Operator * Removes trays of baked product from ovens, places in racks according to requirements, and places racks into freezer. * Communicates with depositor operator, QA, maintenance and team leaders regarding any issues with product quality, ovens or freezer rotation. * Monitors, adjusts and records oven speeds. * Changes temperatures from cookies to brownies and brownies to cookies. * Communicates with QA and Team Leaders about bake consistency and product diameters. * Identifies changes in product to Line Lead and Wrapper Operator. * Monitors rack inventory of baked cookies. * Monitors empty rack availability. * Works in other positions as required We offer extremely competitive compensation and benefit programs that include medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K savings plan, and more.
