Job Description
Quality MRB Technician - 1st shift
Title: Quality Technician (MRB)
Reports to: Quality Supervisor
Location: Mentor
Shift: 1st
Requirements:
Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity.
Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving.
Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently.
Able to work flexible hours.
Work Experience:
Responsibility: The Quality Control Technician will assist in the development of quality systems with the customer and manufacturing organization to assure delivery of quality castings.
Specific Duties:
Assist Quality Engineer in the review of customer drawings, specifications, etc., to customer quality requirements.
Perform audits to monitor product quality.
Write Quality Engineering Instructions and implement quality systems.
Auditing shipments by visually auditing castings and auditing paperwork.
Assist in the preparation of paperwork for shipments.
Assist in other duties as assigned by supervision.
Assist in processing and accounting of non-conformance, scrap, and customer return material.
Assist in manufacturing operations as needed.
Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
