Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Establish quality control checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process to monitor product quality and consistency.

3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished products.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and logistics to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

5. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.

6. Train and mentor quality assurance staff to enhance their skills and performance.

7. Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, procedures, and certifications.

8. Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.

2. Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in ISO:9001 or related fields.

3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
