About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality functions at two of our plants, one located in the US and the other in Mexico. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing our commitment to excellence in electronics manufacturing and automotive quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Quality Operations: Manage and direct quality assurance activities at both the US and Mexico plants.
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Develop and implement initiatives to ensure all products meet or exceed customer standards and expectations.
• Promote Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in quality standards throughout the organization.

Requirements

Core Requirements:

• Electronics Manufacturing Expertise (SMT)
• Automotive Tier 1 Knowledge (ISO/IATF)
• Spanish Proficiency is a Plus
• Quality Management
