and coordinates all activities related to maintaining and improving the quality of work performed by CPP-Steel Treaters. The Quality Manager will upkeep and maintain the Quality Management System and all relevant certifications/ approvals that are critical to CPP-Steel Treaters business. Acting Management Representative for all ISO9001/AS9100 third party audits. The Quality Manager will be responsible for compliance to all local, state and US Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.

Major Responsibilities:

• QMS upkeep and maintenance to include but not limited to:

• Internal Audits

• CA/PA's

• Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Document & Data Control

• Supplier Approval

• Calibration

• Customer Satisfaction Monitoring

• Process Product Deviations

• Management Review

• EHS Systems and Compliance

• Management responsibilities for QC technician(s)

• Oversee internal, external and 3rd party audit scheduling and performance.

• Drive effective and timely completion quality measures, projects, initiatives and corrective actions.

• Respond quickly and thoroughly to customer needs and issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Education: BS with 5+ years of quality experience.
