Quality Manager

Description:

Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System conforms to several customers, internal and 3rd party audits (ISO9001 and IATF16949). Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, by means of internal audits. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the process owners meet key performance indicator goals.

Conduct annual Management Review Meetings. Maintain Document Control Program Manage/monitor Training Program Manage Internal Audit Program. Responsible for the QA Inspectors and QA specialist.

Responsible for executing customer complaint investigations and responding to customers. Monitor APQPs and PPAPs Execute all internal and external meetings as required Conduct trainings on Quality Management System on yearly basis.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years in a manufacturing environment 5 years direct experience in overseeing the process design, development and implementation of a Quality System. Such as ISO 9001 and or IATF16949.

Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work well without supervision. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with ERP systems. Microsoft Word and Excel experience required. Lean Manufacturing - 5S, Green/Black Belt, 6 sigma, Fishbone Diagrams, 8D Reports, Experience is required.
