Description:
Comply with customer specific requirements
Establishing of local audit plan with consideration of corporate audit plan
To make sure that the data for quality business indicators are collected and sent to local controlling
Assure the 8D & QRQC processes at the Plant
Monitoring of product quality to ensure conformance to customer and product safety requirements
Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction and service
Monitoring of supplier quality to ensure that all components fulfill their specific requirements
Supplier monitoring and development through SQA function
Report on plant results according to the department indicators
Ensure the fulfillment of quality norms ISO IATF / TS 16949 and customer specifics requirements
Assure the completeness and archive of all relevant products/process data for traceability and product liability
Customer representative: represents the customer in SAS (5.5.2.1 Customer representative according to ISO IATF / TS 16949)
Right and Duty to block the assembly/production/delivery in case of deviation of product and/or process.
Quality Management System representative of the plant release of all updated work instructions
Involvement by Plant transfer regarding the quality items
Involvement in FMEA process
Involvement in project launch team
Follow up of all audits as system, product, process, environment, health and safety in accordance with ISO TS and IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 in the plant (external and internal)
Skills:
Quality engineering, automotive industry, management skills, Quality Management System
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of experience minimum in the automotive industry
Product knowledge
Process knowledge
Customer specific requirements
Control plan
