Reports To: Director of Operations

Description: The Quality Management System Coordinator develops, implements, and maintains IEMs quality management system (QMS); ensures IEMs QMS aligns with the current ISO 9001 standard; and ensures that quality procedures and policies are coordinated and fully implemented throughout the organization.


  • Develop, document, and implement a QMS, including standard operating processes and procedures that align to the current ISO 9001 standard. Improve the quality of IEM services by use of a continuous improvement model. Assure conformance to specification and minimize variability.

  • Establish and maintain QMS documentation (including without limitation quality manuals, document controls, specifications, non-conformance records, corrective and preventive action documentation, customer complaint records, internal audit records, and all other QMS documentation.

  • Maintain and update overall quality specifications and standards.

  • Drive implementation of quality control plans.

  • Develop key performance indicator tracking and reporting for continuous improvement related to quality.

  • In conjunction with management, investigate customer quality complaints and report findings. Participate in root cause and corrective actions as required.

  • Assist in the review of the QMS and the formulation of new or revised procedures to effect improvement, reduce cost, and enhance efficiency on an organization-wide basis.

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits of the QMS to ensure the quality system remains effective, capable, and compliant with requirements and ISO standards.


  • Bachelors degree in technical field required.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality assurance.

  • Experience with and strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, including system implementation, process development, and audits.

  • Ability to travel for business required.

You will primarily be responsible for integrating, operating, and maintaining multiple systems to detect aerial threats and communicate them to your crews. In this role, you will learn how to operate the Sentinel Radar system to provide warning, detection, and protection for armed forces, and will play a vital role in guarding against aerial and space-based attacks.
