Position Purpose: #Under the direction of the Director of Quality Management, the Quality Management Reporting Lead supports tracking, development, coordination and improvement of regulatory deliverable reporting. # # Assist the Director of Quality Management with the collection, preparation, review and submission of health plan data and documentation required for regulatory deliverables. # ######


Complete monthly and quarterly templates for Health Plan deliverables


Assist Quality and Performance teams to continuously improve data tracking and trending capabilities


Identify and report gaps in reporting capabilities to leadership


Monitoring of contracts and policies to ensure compliance with reporting templates and technical requirements


Serves as project coordinator for other projects as assigned

, such as annual deliverable submissions and regulatory operating reviews # Performs evaluation and improvement activities of internal processes impacting deliverable development. # ######


Complete interviews with stakeholders and internal contributors to identify pain points and process improvement opportunities


Coordinate with other departments to document quality and performance information and enter into required templates

. Serves as a resource to other departments for compliance with deliverable reporting


Work with stakeholders and contributors to develop and document process improvement plans


Assists in deliverable process flow mapping


Assist the Quality Management Department in the development and completion of Ad-Hoc reporting requests.


Assist with ongoing tracking of health plan programs and initiatives. ######

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college preferred


Years of Experience:


Minimum of 2 years#


experience in the Arizona Medicaid system preferred

Knowledge:


Knowledge of AHCCCS regulatory requirements preferred ######


Personal computer proficiency with Microsoft Office #


Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint ######


Basic experience with process improvement or project management preferred ######

Under general supervision does manual work of routine difficulty in the maintenance of County facilities; performs related work as assigned. This position is open until filled. Typical Duties (Illustrative Only) * Performs a variety of work in the construction, repair and maintenance of County facilities, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, insulation, locksmith, painting, mechanical, welding, concrete or other work * Investigates and diagnose problems in the field, make repairs or provide recommendations for possible solutions * Installs and modifies systems furniture * Operates and maintains a broad range of plumbing systems, including backflow devices, programmable irrigation systems, mixing valves, water heaters, fire suppression and fire monitoring equipment * Operates various tools and mechanical equipment * Performs inspection and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, buildings, and facilities * Makes material take-offs and purchases materials required * Keeps records of work performed and materials used Essential functions include but are not limited to: driving, standing, walking and bending; twisting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling heavy loads up to 100 lbs; working with and around others; interruptions; repetitive motion (elbow/shoulder); vision acuity (near/far); hearing and speech for ordinary conversation; finger dexterity/touch. Environmental factors include: some work outside; exposure to noise; use of mechanical devices; exposure to odors and dust. Minimum Qualifications Three years general maintenance experience; OR, any combination of training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must obtain an Arizona driver's license by date of hire and maintain it throughout employment. Final job offer will be contingent upon a satisfactory 5-year Arizona Motor Vehicle Report. Facilities Department: Must successfully pass a background check. Asbestos Class III Operation & Maintenance Training; Lock Out/Tag Out Certification. This position is safety sensitive. This position is non-exempt from overtime. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Considerable knowledge of: * The methods, practices, tools and materials used in a variety of building trades, maintenance and repair work * Inspection and preventative maintenance practices applying to mechanical equipment * Safe work practice and proper use of safety equipment * Guidelines and work practices to protect against (and treat) exposure to biohazards * Federal, state and local laws, codes, guidelines and rules governing functional area * Reading and understanding MSDS labels * Skill in: * The operation of hand and power tools, and other assigned equipment under field conditions * Use of computers * Ability to: * Diagnose problems and make repairs in the field on 24-hour basis * Report to work in times of functional and County State declared emergencies * Read and understand construction blueprints and sketches * Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 60 pounds * Safely work in confined spaces, on ladders, lifts and scaffolding * Work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis * Work safely and support the culture of workplace safety * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public * Follow written and verbal instructions * Communicate effectively verbally and in writing AmeriCorps, Peace Corps and other national service alumni are encouraged to apply.
