Quality Management Intern

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Intern with a focus on data analytics to join our team.

As a Quality Management Intern specializing in data analytics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our systems and processes. Responsibilities:

• Assist with EMR installation testing, web, and software testing
• Monitor and test processes and system functionality
• Follow assigned quality control plans or guidelines
• Enter and evaluate data for various Q/A programs
• Assist in department standards development
• Perform various related research and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Coding experience required
• Current student in Computer Programming preferred
• Courses in data analytics with knowledge of SQL language preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Great attention to detail
• Innovative mindset toward improving Q/A efficacy across the agency
