Job Purpose

Assure the quality of the product throughout the facility, through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting the product. Verify manufacturing and quality processes are performed in accordance with customer and/or Hunting specifications.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Determine inspection requirements from work order.

Perform inspection per licensor requirments

Perform inspection per customer blueprint

Perform first and last article inspections

Determine acceptability or rejection

Complete inspection reports

Work with 3rd party inspectors as required

Required Skills/Experience

Knowledge of API and Premium connections

Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend quality specifications for the product

Mathematical proficiency

Knowledge and use of various types of inspection equipment

Ability to pass eye examination

Strict attention to detail

Flexibility to work night shift

SUES's Water Technologies and Solutions business is seeking a collaborative Regional Quality professional responsible for the provision and support of Quality and Lean Programs across the assigned region. A mature, collaborative, tactically focused individual with experience and comfort working in an industrial environment will be a prime candidate for our open position. Responsibilities * Drive and conduct internal audits (GSAT and ISO 9001:2015) in region * Represent region in formal audits as needed- Internal, LRQA, etc. * Drive resolution of audit findings * Identify ISO compliance gaps in region * Drive Continuous Improvement and RCA/NCA efforts * Participate through Quality involvement in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) such as ServiceMax, SAP, Movilizer * Analyze data, failures, optimize PM planning, drive documented processes via work instructions * Participate in regional CIT actions, regular reviews and offer Quality Assistance * Own and Drive regional systemic an L1 escalated CIT * Identify Continuous Improvement (RCA) needs from CIT and execute * Post all site/pole QMS documents through DCO WF process and own content, maintain correct format in Library, post site documents, drive documentation of processes, work instructions, etc. * Inform ES Quality Leader of the following changes so the DCO WF process can be updated when: * Operating sites are gained or lost so that library folders can be created/obsoleted * Quality Lead/Doc Control roles changes. * Review new ES Services Global documents for applicability and author pole specific documents if differences exist * Maintain document numbering and controlled document indexing, maintain controlled local copies of QMS documents Compensation: Annual 0.00 - 0.00 USD Is relocation for this position offered: Yes Number of Job Openings: 1 Company Grade/Band: Lead Professional SUEZ's Water Technologies and Solutions (SWTS) offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
