Quality Inspector - Golf Club Manufacturer (Willowbrook, IL - HQ)

JOB SUMMARY: Club Champion is searching for a Quality Inspector to support our growing operation. This role is responsible for testing golf clubs built at our facility and ensuring that all processes, products, builds and quality standards are being met in an unbiased approach. This position will report to the Quality Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Validate accuracy of components used to build golf club against Sales Order and Build Sheet

• Evaluate built golf club for production defects, physical damage, and build criteria, ensuring built products are within established tolerances

• Accurately record inspection findings into system calling out identified defects and routing to proper channel for investigation or correction

• Collaborate with production and operations team members to provide Club Champion customers with the highest-level quality products

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 1-3 years in a Quality Control/related role

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Knowledge of golf clubs and parts, familiarity with brands, types, etc. (preferred)

• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

• Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment

• Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
