Full Circle is seeking Quality Inspectors for one of our largest clients in the Mississippi area!


May be assigned a full range of varied sorting, inspection- or production-related tasks as well as administrative duties or any other task in furtherance of the work or goals of Stratosphere Quality and its customers.


  • Performs all essential functions of the job for a full range of projects or rotations
  • Reads and follows work instructions
  • Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area
  • Reports problems or concerns to appropriate supervisor/manager
  • Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required
  • Completes required training classes
  • Provides accurate and complete information for each project
  • All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned


  • Available to work assigned hours on different shifts, including overtime and on short notice
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • Previous inspection experience preferred

Specific vision abilities (with or without corrective eyewear) required by this job include:

  • Normal Color Perception
  • Normal Depth Perception
  • Physical

  • Lift a minimum of 25 lbs on a repetitive basis for duration of shift
  • Walk, stand, and/or sit for duration of shift
  • Meet any other physical requirements of project
  • Work in different climates for duration of shift

Summary: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Quality Engineer in Brookhaven, MS (relocation offered within the USA). Responsibilities and Duties * Manage Quality Systems for BEC and LSR, monitor performance, suggest and implement corrective * Coordinate PPAP and APQP Process * Provide Quality assistance to operators in BEC and LSR * Customer interface, manage GM Supply Power * Troubleshoot Quality problems using Six sigma or Shainin. * Team development for Process Flow, Control Plan and PFMEA * New Product Quality System development and implementation. * Supervise Quality Technicians * Perform Plant supplier's activities, cost recovery and coordinate supplier containment * Responsible for release and disposition on conforming and non-conforming product. * Ability to travel as required. Need to Haves (Basic Qualifications) * 8+ years' Quality background experience * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science * Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications) * Automotive Industry experience * Data analysis (Shainin or Six Sigma, Etc.) * Prefer Knowledge of Aptiv Business Systems * Prefer certification TS 16949 and ISO 14001 * Knowledgeable of the PPAP, APQP, PFD, PFMEA, PCP and SPC Process * Ability to work effectively with others to drive improvements in the quality system. * Comfortable in interacting with internal and external Customers/Suppliers * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Effective organizational skills.
