Quality Inspector

If you are a Quality Inspector professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Stafford, TX location, you will perform receiving, in process, and final inspection of the parts as per the drawings/specifications.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.

• Perform First Article Inspections

• Participate in quality audits and inspections, addressing any findings and implementing vital corrective actions.

• Perform all product inspections and tests in accordance with established quality standards, inspection plans, and test procedures.

• Document nonconformance reports with adequate details.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High School/GED

• Minimum of 3 years of Quality inspection experience

• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and capable to perform inspection

• Proficient in use of all general Measuring & Test equipment

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Working experience in Assembly/Test of valves (or) Machining
• CMM /FARO
• Knowledge of Welding/ NDE inspection ASME codes (I, II, V, VIII, and IX), PED (European Pressure Equipment Directive)
