Quality Inspector 1

SUMMARY

Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, finished goods.

• Night Shift

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Under supervision and limited decision-making.

• Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.

• Compare test results to established specifications.

• Perform visual inspections of finished products.

• Complete required paperwork pertaining to each test.

• Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.

• Report any and all quality control data.

• Receive and inspect raw materials.

• Report questionable test results.

• Prepare samples to be tested, store samples in designated storage area, record information into appropriate database

• Conduct visual inspection, and required testing on all in-house Logos.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

• Assist in and help other team members in the accomplishment of Company goals.

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

• Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

• Cross train in other areas of Quality as assigned.
