Supporting the QI Department

Indiana MENTOR

Founded in 1985, Indiana MENTOR provides a range of home and community-based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Indiana MENTOR is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant for our Indianapolis office.

To be successful in this position, you must have very strong Excel skills.

This is an entry level position and duties include; but are not limited to, the following:

Description

Required familiarity with the following Database Systems and QI/ HR functions:

Very strong Excel skills intermediate to expert experience required

Incident Management System (corporate reporting system)

Incident Reporting Information ( Indiana Tracking System)

TMN licensure database

Salesforce ( TMN )

ISDH survey system

Kronos/Time detail/Oracle/Payroll reporting


Daily/Weekly Completion and

Responsibilities:

Insures accuracy of Incident Reporting; all information on report is correct, report is complete, appropriate form is used.

Verifies via IMS system Incident reports have been reported and filed.

Pulls discharge and dissatisfaction reports

Forwards all BDDS follow up reports to Operation staff

Run Overtime reports

Monitor exceptions in payroll- alias and time detail

Monitor time detail reports, complete Mentor worked hours report


Monthly Completion and

Responsibilities:

Verifies accuracy of requested follow-ups, determines status of incidents (closed vs. open substantiated vs. unsubstantiated).

Verifies all incidents are recorded accurately IRS database.

Compiles reports with IMS system and local tracking.

Assists in completing monthly reports for payroll and Quality Metrics.


Quarterly Completion and

Responsibilities:

Assists in completing quarterly reports.

Compiles and disseminates information to regions.

Verifies all incidents are recorded accurately in IMS database.

Tracking and reporting on State Department of Health Survey results via Excel.

Other Responsibilities:

Contacts regions and appropriate staff to request information for various QI issues.

Assists with maintenance of databases/dissemination of materials.

Assists with Satisfaction Survey Process.

Assists with QI initiatives.

Supports central Payroll coordinator with duties as assigned.

Update/maintain licensing information

All other duties as assigned.
