Quality Improvement Support Services Manager

Position Overview: Assist the Director of Quality Improvement in overseeing and implementing quality improvement activities throughout the Agency. Supervise the residential Family Team Conference Facilitator, Court Liaison and Parent Advocate to ensure support services are effectively provided to agency programs.

Position Qualifications:

MSW with minimum of 3 years of post-masters casework experience preferred. Proficiency in the Family Team Conferencing Model.

Minimum 1 year of experience in conducting and scheduling FTC's required. Minimum 5 years' experience in Child Welfare, Foster Care, Social Service, Juvenile Justice or related areas; supervisory experience preferred. Conversant in foster care regulations regarding Family Court appearance and Family Team Conferencing. Knowledge of ACS, OCFS, and Justice Center policies Must possess excellent Engagement skills, be highly organized, team-oriented, professional, skilled at negotiation, collaboration group facilitation and problem-solving.

Salary: $70,000
