Northeast Human Service Center - Grand Forks, ND - Quality Improvement Manager

Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.

The Continuous Quality Improvement Manager (CQIM) is an integral member of the Northeast HSC Leadership Team. You will be responsible for monitoring clinical and operational data, maintaining a detailed level of knowledge on regional and statewide policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance to Council of Accreditation (COA) accreditation, state licensing, and certification standards.

This will include a focus on coordinated care and the use of evidence-based practices. The CQIM will assist the HSC Leadership Team with focusing on rapid change cycles for addressing identified deficits.

To be successful in this position, the CQIM must have excellent organizational skills, knowledge and experience with data management software, experience with project management for large- and small-scale efforts, decision making, independent thinking, be able to independently perform, and forecast issues. You should be detail-oriented, understand improvement planning, and remain solution-focused during times of change.

To be considered for this position, you are required to have a bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience in quality management, project management or data analysis. Additional work experience as specified may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Prior experience with project management preferred.

This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.

Location:

ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position needs to be able to travel to meet clients at their location.
